No Refund Policy for Digital Services & Online Classes

Due to the nature of our digital marketing services, online classes, coaching, and digital products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of results or expectations not met

  • Client deciding not to use the service

  • Failure to attend online classes or coaching sessions

  • Delays caused by client’s lack of response, information, or cooperation

Digital Services

All our services involve time, strategy, expertise, and digital resources that are delivered immediately or begin processing upon payment. Therefore, refunds are not possible once work has started.

Online Classes & Coaching

  • Access to classes, recordings, materials, or live sessions is non-refundable

  • Missed sessions will not qualify for a refund

  • No refunds for partial attendance or non-attendance

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to file a chargeback or payment dispute after purchasing will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to provide proof of service delivery to payment processors.
